Somatic Synergy Dance & Yoga Workshop
SUNDAY 🌼, 22nd FEBRUARY, 2-6pm WORKSHOP
Synergy of free flowing Dance and Polarity Yoga for Somatic Release and Ease in body, heart, and soul….💖💓💖
We will start out and end up in a small circle of compassionate caring and sharing with guided healing meditation & relaxation exercises. Once grounded, relaxed, and settled in, we will slowly warm up with Polarity Therapy inspired
Somatic Release and Energy Activating but simple Yoga & Breath/Sound exercises that clear the mind, heart, and body of toxic energies and emotions. Then we will go into moving meditation around the Heart-held space, sometimes in a fiery cardio expressive way and sometimes in a soft flowing way.
By the end of it, you will feel nurtured, lighter, brighter, and ready to receive everything with wellness for your body, mind, heart and soul.

Beginners & Improvers Welcome to explore your own Birth Map Soul Truth along with others doing same. We learn from each other’s examples. specifically we will cover The Layout & Components of a Birth map, the 12 zodiac signs, the 12 Houses of a birthmap, the planetary meanings and their placements, planetary aspects/geometry and current transits and progressions will be discussed in relevance to attendees.
